Workers do not have to hand over any IDs or papers to ICE.
You have the right to say, “I can’t give you permission to enter. You must speak with my employer.”
You DO NOT have to take ICE to employees named on the warrant OR give them any information regarding other employees.
You have the right to designate “private areas” with signs. Agents CANNOT enter a private area without a JUDICIAL WARRANT signed by a judge.
If agents ask you to stand in a group according to immigration status, you do not have to move, or you can move to an area that is not designated for a particular group

NO LLEVE A ICE con las personas que buscan ni les dé información sobre ellas
Designe “Áreas privadas” en su lugar de trabajo y ponga letreros que así lo indiquen. Los agentes de ICE NO pueden entrar en áreas privadas sin una ORDEN JUDICIAL FIRMADA POR UN JUEZ.
Si los agentes de ICE le piden que haga grupos o que se ponga en un grupo de ciertas personas con distintos estatus migratorios, puede no hacerlo y no moverse de donde está parado
